House Rules
We have a few house rules....
Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Smoking & Pets
There is NO smoking allowed in the house. You may smoke on the patio. We have provided a butt receptacle outside on the patio for your use.
No pets are allowed in the house or on the property.
If we find there was smoking or pets we will charge your credit card provided an additional $200 cleaning fee plus a fee for any damage caused by the smoking or pets.
Glitter & Confetti
While glitter and confetti can be fun, it is difficult to clean up. Please do not have glitter or confetti or any kind on the property. There is an additional $200 cleaning fee if we find glitter or confetti after your stay.
Parties &
Noise
We do not allow parties at the home. Only those guests that are registered to stay at the home are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. We are in a residential neighborhood and we ask that you be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during your stay. Any guests that has complaints regarding noise or parties may be asked to leave the property immediately.
Spills & Mishaps
We know spills and mishaps can happen. Please do not use the white towels for wiping up spills. There is a basket of rags next to the washer for your use. There is also a broom and mop you may use if you need them. We also provided colored wash clothes for makeup removal. There is a $15 charge for damaged or stained linens. Please report any broken or damaged items to us as soon as possible.
